We have two types of popcorn machines, one is gas heating and the other is electromagnetic heating. Gas heating is 50KG per hour, Electromagnetic heating is 75KG per hour. If your output is large, you can use popcorn production line. The minimum length of our production line is 7 meters. Please contact the seller for specific product details.

-Durable quality to enable continuous operation 24/7.

Product Parameters

 

Loneze designed and manufactured popcorn machines with gas heating and electric induction heating separately aim to meet customers' demand for big capacity in an economical way. It can be combined with our production line to reach even bigger capacity up to 6 tons per day. If less productivity is required,it can also work along with a short production line with min.length 7 meters.

The popcorn machine is placed in the conveying part of the popcorn production line. So the length of the production line depends on the number of popcorn machines and the output of the customer.

Optional: 7 meters for 1 set ; 9 meters can accommodate 2 units popcorn machines; 10 meters for 3 units; 14 meters for 4~5 units

-The whole system runs automatically after turning on power.
-Functions of popcorn production line mainly include: conveying, detaching, cooling and sifting.
-Making popcorns cool enough and be ready for packaging.
-Powerful fans and side fans are equipped wherever required to make sure better cooling effect.
-All parts are made of stainless steel SUS304 (even for base plates and bolts), world-known suitable steel for food materials,
durable and easy to clean .
-Heavy-duty casters are installed for easy transfer and movement.
-Durable motors can work constantly 24/7.
-Variable conveying speed and sifting speed, adjustable via control panel.
 

Only by adding different flavored sugar in the pot, will any flavored popcorn be ready in 10 seconds, without requiring any coating equipment.
