Machine Structure:

1. The whole equipment is made of 304 stainless steel. In order to ensure the take-off and landing strength, the equipment is designed with two hydraulic rods.
2. The hydraulic station system used in the equipment has been used by the company for many years, with the most stable quality, small volume and stable oil supply.
3. Equipment according to customer site requirements, can choose Custom square blanching pot or round blanching pot.
4. A baffle plate is designed at the gap between the inner frame and the boiler,which can effectively press the boiling water into the inner frame, fully contact with the material, avoid the waste of boiling water, and improve the production efficiency.
