We are a manufacturer of popcorn machines with 12 years' production experience.Our popcorn machine can produce any flavored popcorn directly,no need for other flavor coating machine.We have 2 kinds of popcorn machine, gas heating and electric induction heating. 
They have different prices with different features. We also have popcorn production line for you to choose.
1.Gas popcorn machine: 100L,3kw, LPG gas heating, capacity 50-55kg/h.
2.Electric Induction popcorn machine: 
1) 100L, 23Kw, electric induction heating, capacity 70-75kg/h, temperature monitor & control.
2) 200L, 43Kw, electric induction heating, capacity 130-150kg/h, temperature monitor & control.

-Electromagnetic induction rapid heating, with 8 heating levels, temperature control
-Fully automatic with German Siemens PLC system or control panel.
-Directly produce flavored/seasoning/savory popcorns, no need other coating machine
-Durable quality to enable continuous operation 24/7.

Popcorn Production Line
Longze designed and manufactured popcorn machines with gas heating and electromagnetic induction heating separately aim to meet customers' demand for big capacity in an economical way. It can be combined with our production line to reach even bigger capacity up to 6 tons per day. If less productivity is required, it can also work along with a short production line with min. length 7 meters. The shortest popcorn production line is 6.5 meters and consists of four parts. You can decide how many production lines to buy according to your own output needs.
